At EasyEoR, we offer transparent and competitive pricing for our Employer of Record services in Poland. Our monthly fee is €349 and volume discounts are available.

EasyEOR uses a transparent fixed fee per employee.
This fee includes:
Employment
We only use contracts of employment under Polish labour law to employ your talent.
Payroll
All payroll calculations and administration are done 100% in-house by our team based in Krakow.
Monthly invoicing
One easy invoice, once per month, for all of your employees in Poland.
We provide detailed and timely reports covering salary calculations, tax deductions, social security contributions, and any legislative changes affecting payroll compliance. Our proactive approach ensures that your business stays informed about regulatory updates, reporting obligations, and potential cost implications, allowing you to fully comply with Polish labour laws while optimizing payroll efficiency.

Onboarding Costs for New Employees
When integrating new hires through our EOR services in Poland:
No Setup Fee
We charge no setup fee per employee to contract creation, onboarding and payroll enrollment.
No Charge for Mandatory Medical Check-ups and Registrations
There is no fee for the mandatory medical check-up and registration with local authorities.
Deposit
A deposit equal to 3 months’ salary, held for the duration of employment. This deposit mitigates non-payment risks during the employee’s employment and is refunded once all invoices are paid.
Benefits enrollment
We manage localised benefits and charge a benefits management fee, typically a percentage of the total cost. This saves time while ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.
Work Visa Fees
If applicable, we use Krakspire‘s services for all visa and work permit requirements and reinvoice at cost without mark-up.
Equipment Procurement
We can assist in sourcing the necessary equipment and tools for your new employee to begin their new role.

Employee Salary + Benefits
We don’t take margins on salaries, ever! A small benefit management fee might apply to cover the additional work administering the benefits.
Employer Contributions
The employer contribution in Poland is around 20% of the gross salary.
EOR Fee
One fixed low monthly fee per employee, Easy!

Post-employment costs: Severance package – Companies with over 20 employees (this includes EasyEOR) are obliged to pay a severance package (usually 1 month of salary) when the employer terminates the employment contract.
