Are you compliant with Local Labour Laws?

This is paramount and we wouldn’t be around for a long time if we would not be compliant with Polish Labour Law. Businesses need to ensure they’re operating within the legal framework of each country.  We use law firm JWMS (jwms.pl) to stay fully compliant.

We specialise in EOR in Poland and have extensive expertise in Polish labour law and the Polish market. While we can refer you to some of our partners offering global services (we are the local service provider for many of them), we prefer to focus on the market we understand best.

Employees already eligible to work and live in Poland can expect a processing time of 24 to 48 hours. For non-EU employees, we utilise Krakspire to obtain the necessary paperwork from the authorities, which can take anywhere from 1 to 6 months.
