B2B to EOR Conversion Poland
Move Your Poland B2B Contractors Onto Solid Ground
Poland’s 2026 PIP reform lets a labour inspector reclassify a B2B contractor as an employee on the spot. If your contractors work fixed hours, report to your managers, or work exclusively for you, that risk is already live.Â
We convert them to fully compliant employment in Poland for a flat €349/month, no entity, no setup fee, no sales calls.
“If you read our guide on B2B contract reclassification in Poland and recognised your own contractors in the risk factors, this is the page for what to do about it.”

Why this matters right now
The looks
If a contractor’s day to day work looks like an employee’s, the label on the contract no longer protects you. Since 8 July 2026, a regional labour inspector can decide that on their own during an inspection, and the decision takes effect immediately, before any appeal is heard.
The cost
The real cost isn’t the fine. It’s the backdated ZUS contributions and PIT tax that follow once a contractor is reclassified, on top of unwinding the VAT treatment of every invoice they’ve raised. A 12-month transition window gives you room to fix this before it’s found, it does not protect you retroactively once it’s over.
How the conversion works
01
Review
Send us the contractor’s current arrangement, hours, exclusivity, how the work is structured. We flag genuine exposure versus contracts that are fine as they are.
02
Proposal
You get a clear breakdown of the new employment cost, gross salary, employer ZUS contributions, our flat €349/month fee, no setup or onboarding charges added on top.
03
Contract and registration
We draft the Umowa o PracÄ™, handle ZUS and tax registration, and complete the IP assignment and BHP requirements.
04
Go live
The contractor moves onto compliant employment. You keep managing their work exactly as before.
What conversion actually involes
Full risk review of your current contracts
Before anything moves, we review each contractor’s actual working pattern against the criteria PIP uses, hours, supervision, exclusivity, integration into your team, and tell you plainly which contracts are exposed and which are genuinely fine to leave as B2B.
Legal employment set up under EasyEOR
For contractors who need to move, we become their legal employer in Poland. Full Umowa o PracÄ™ employment contract, ZUS registration, PIT compliance, and BHP training, done properly the first time, backed by the accounting and HR veterans at Easybooks.
IP and non-compete cleanup in the same process
A B2B contract needs a signed IP assignment to transfer ownership cleanly, most don’t have one. We fix the IP transfer and align non-compete terms as part of the conversion, so you’re not left with an ownership gap on the way out of the old contract.
Continuity for the contractor and for you
The person keeps doing the same work for the same team. What changes is the legal structure underneath them, their tax and social security status, and your exposure. Day to day management stays entirely with you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Full risk review of your current contracts
Before anything moves, we review each contractor’s actual working pattern against the criteria PIP uses, hours, supervision, exclusivity, integration into your team, and tell you plainly which contracts are exposed and which are genuinely fine to leave as B2B.
Do I have to convert every B2B contractor?
No. Only contractors whose working pattern looks like employment carry reclassification risk. Part of the review is telling you honestly which contracts are fine to leave as they are.
Does the contractor need to agree to this?
Yes, moving from a B2B contract to employment requires the contractor’s agreement, they can’t simply be switched over. In practice, most contractors are willing once they understand it protects their own ZUS pension record and adds statutory benefits they don’t currently get as a sole trader.
What happens to invoices the contractor has already issued?
Past invoices aren’t affected by the conversion itself. If a contractor is later reclassified retroactively by PIP or the tax authority, that’s a separate historical exposure, converting now stops the exposure from growing further.
How long does the conversion take?
Once we have the contractor’s details and the new contract is agreed, registration with ZUS and setup typically takes one to two weeks.
Does this cost more than keeping the B2B arrangement?
Employer ZUS contributions, roughly 20.48% on top of gross salary, are new versus B2B. Our EOR fee is a flat €349/month with no setup cost. Most clients weigh this against the fines and backdated liability risk of leaving an exposed contract in place.
Send us your current B2B contractor list, no commitment, and we’ll tell you plainly where the reclassification risk sits and what conversion would cost.
