Gross to Net Salary Calculator 2026

Calculate Gross to Net, Net to Gross, and Gross to Total Employer Cost for Salaries in Poland easily.

Instructions:

• Enter the salary in PLN/month and select if this salary is gross or net
• Select “Under 26 years old (PIT-0)” if the employee is younger than 26 years.
• Select “Participate in PPK” if the employee wants to participate in the optional Employee Capital Plan.
• Keep “Apply Tax-Free Allowance (PIT-2)” selected if the Employee does not have other significant income sources where they are already using this allowance.
• Keep “Apply Standard Costs (KUP)” selected if the employee is employed under a standard employment contract and has no other income where the Standard Costs are already applied.
