Onboarding of New Employees

We do not charge for contract drafting, system enrollment, or employee onboarding.
Compliant Medical & BHP
We manage and cover the mandatory occupational health exams and local authority registrations at no extra cost.
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit (1–3 months’ salary) is held to secure statutory liabilities. This is returned in full upon contract termination and final invoice settlement.
Benefits enrollment
We can manage localised benefits and charge a benefits management fee, typically a percentage of the total cost. This saves time while ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.
Visa & Work Permits
Non-EU hiring is supported through our partner, Krakspire. All fees are reinvoiced at cost with zero EasyEOR markup.
Equipment Logistics
We facilitate local hardware procurement and IT setup, ensuring your team is ready for Day 1.
